Accreditation Fee Schedule

Effective January 1, 2023

Accreditation fees are auto-generated as an imaging supplier initiates an application through the RadSite accreditation portal. Individuals may contact RadSite directly to confirm the fees, including any potential pricing adjustments based on the fee schedule below.

Imaging Accreditation Fees

New or Renewal Application

Imaging supplier fee for CT, Cone Beam CT, and MRI systems.

$2,500 for the first imaging system.

New or Renewal Application

Imaging supplier fee for Nuclear Medicine (PET or SPECT) systems.

$1,900 for the first imaging system.

Mobile Imaging

For imaging suppliers that use mobile imaging systems, RadSite will generate a customized quote based on the operational configuration.

Specialty Imaging Fees

Specialty Modules
Up to two (2) specialty modules per advanced diagnostic imaging (ADI) system.

Additional Specialty Module(s)

For each additional specialty module per ADI system

Add $250 for each specialty module above two (2).

Additional Accreditation Certificate Fees

Initial Accreditation Certificate

Imaging supplier is awarded initial accreditation or reaccreditation

No additional charge for first certificate. Cost covered in accreditation fees.

Provisional Accreditation Certificate

Imaging supplier requests a certificate during the provisional accreditation period. Note: Imaging supplier also is added to the RadSite Accreditation Directory.

$450 for each accreditation certificate

Re-Issuance of Accreditation Certificate

Imaging supplier requesting an updated change during the accreditation cycle  (e.g., change of address, change of imaging supplier name)

$100 per certificate

Additional Certificates Requested at Same Location (for any reason)

Imaging supplier requests more than one certificate for the same accredited location for each accredited imaging system.

$100 per certificate
