You hereby acknowledge the RadSite MIPPA Accreditation Program Standards (MAP Standards) and related materials are copyrighted by RadSite to the full extent of the law, and may only be used by you to evaluate, prepare or comply with the terms of a RadSite quality review (e.g., covering RadSite’s accreditation, certification, desktop audit and on-site audit programs).
By clicking on the accept button, you agree not to distribute the MAP Standards or related materials to any third parties or otherwise use them for financial gain. However, specific providers or companies may distribute single copies of the MAP Standards internally to help prepare for or comply with RadSite Standards and/or a review.
You understand and acknowledge that copyright infringement is a violation of the law and may impose civil and/or criminal liability on the individual infringer, as well as on the infringer’s employer. Both digital and non-digital content is protected in both forms under the law and via RadSite’s copyright policy. Permission to use copyright-protected materials should be obtained prior to using those materials.
