Accreditation Fee Schedule

Effective October 1, 2024

Accreditation fees are auto-generated as an imaging supplier initiates an application through the RadSite accreditation portal. Individuals may contact RadSite directly to confirm the fees, including any potential pricing adjustments based on the fee schedule below.

Imaging Accreditation Fees

New or Renewal Application

Imaging supplier fee for CT, Cone Beam CT, and MRI systems.

$2,500 for the first imaging system.

New or Renewal Application

Imaging supplier fee for Nuclear Medicine (PET or SPECT) systems.

$1,900 for the first imaging system.

Mobile Imaging

For imaging suppliers that use mobile imaging systems, RadSite will generate a customized quote based on the operational configuration.

Specialty Module Fees

Four or Less Studies Submitted

Applicants can submit up to four studies at no additional charge.

No additional fee. See imaging accreditation fees above.

Over Four Studies Submitted

Additional studies required to meet the specialty module and population mix thresholds.

$100 for each additional study submitted.

Note: The RadSite Accreditation Portal will auto-generate the number of studies that need to be submitted for each imaging system based on the number of specialty modules and population mix (e.g., adult and pediatric) covered in the application. RadSite reserves the right to require additional studies to be submitted for any particular application. See table below for RadSite’s image submission methodology.

Supplemental Fees

Provisional Accreditation

Accredited imaging suppliers adding a new imaging system or location may request a provisional certificate, allowing 120 days to receive full accreditation.

$450 per imaging system.

Electronic Certificates
Electronic certificates for each accredited imaging system with specialty modules are included in the accreditation application fee. The accreditation certificates can be downloaded at any time from the accreditation portal by an accredited imaging supplier.
No additional fee.
Paper Certificates

Imaging suppliers may request a professionally printed accreditation certification that lists their added specialty modules and features an embossed RadSite logo.

$150 per certificate.

Certificate Updates

Imaging suppliers requesting an updated change during the accreditation cycle (e.g., modifying imaging supplier name or address information).

$150 per certificate.

Note: For Breast and Cardiac specialty modules, two studies always need to be submitted and may add to the totals above. If the machine’s caseload is 2% pediatric or more, an additional pediatric study is required.
